I stumbled upon this recipe during one of my kitchen experiments, driven by a craving for something rich, creamy, and a bit tropical. ๐ŸŒบ The combination of velvety mocha and the sweet, nutty flavor of toasted coconut turned out to be a match made in coffee heaven. ๐Ÿ˜

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate syrup: 1-2 tablespoons (adjust based on your sweetness preference.
  • Toasted coconut: 2-3 tablespoons (toast the coconut by lightly browning it in a dry pan or oven)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Toasted Coconut:

    • Place the shredded coconut in a dry skillet over medium heat. Stir frequently until the coconut turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let it cool. 
  2. Brew the Espresso:

    • Brew a shot of espresso using an espresso machine or a moka pot. Make sure the coffee is strong and flavorful.
  3. Make the Mocha:

    • In a glass, add the chocolate syrup to the bottom.
    • Pour the hot espresso over the chocolate syrup and stir well to combine.
  4. Add Milk:

    • Pour the warmed milk (you can use any milk, oat milk, almond milk,...) into the glass and stir to mix.
